Today we offer you a simple but excellent pastry recipe that will delight young and old alike : The financier by the french chef Cyril Lignac.
• 120g of sugar
• 120g of butter
• 100g almond powder
• 50g of flour
• 4 egg whites
• 1 pinch of salt
Make the hazelnut butter in a saucepan by melting it. (or melt it in the microwave)
Reserve it in a bowl.
Mix, in a salad bowl, the sugar, the almond powder, the flour and a pinch of salt.
Whisk the egg whites and add them to the mixture.
Add melted butter
Preheat the oven thermostat 6-7 (200°)
Fill financial molds with the preparation (or madeleine molds if you don’t have).
Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
