Chef Dominique Ansel‘s bringing some of his iconic pastries to the Strip for the very first time, and creating a brand new collection of pastries just for Las Vegas too. James Beard Award-winning Pastry Chef Dominique Ansel has shaken up the pastry world with innovation and creativity at the heart of his work. Chef Dominique has been responsible for creating some of the most celebrated pastries in the world, including: the Cronut®, Cookie Shot, Frozen S’more, Blossoming Hot Chocolate, and many more. Summer 2022 will bring the launch of Dominique Ansel Las Vegas, his new bakery in Las Vegas at the heart of Caesars Palace, serving signature pastries and exclusive-to-Las Vegas creations, baked fresh-daily in a brand-new, state-of -the-art kitchen.

Three stores in the world

This upcoming Las Vegas facility will bring the number of stores to three with the historic New York (SoHo) location and its Dominique Ansel Workshop opening on July 16, 2021 near the Flatiron. The French chef is also based in Hong Kong with three different addresses called Dang Wen Li by Dominique Ansel where menus inspired by local ingredients and traditions are offered. In 2020, following the numerous confinements introduced due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the pastry chef was forced to close its establishments in Los Angeles and London.
