74 performances in the United States
Three and a half years after his last Parisian concert at the Grand Rex, Bob Dylan announces his big return to the capital with a new series of concerts again scheduled in this legendary venue on the Grands Boulevards. After 74 performances in the United States as part of his Rough and Rowdy Ways World Tour, Bob Dylan announces three exceptional concerts on October 11, 12 and 13, 2022 at the Grand Rex in Paris. At 81, the rock legend will therefore perform again in the superb venue on boulevard Poissonnière. Right where he gave three shows in April 2019, probably his best performances in more than ten years.
The indefatigable poet of the sixties
American folk icon Bob Dylan, who recently saw a museum dedicated to his work open in Tulsa (Oklahoma), celebrated the sixtieth anniversary of his very first album last May. At 81, Bob Dylan, who will also publish a new essay on music next November (The Philosophy of Modern Song), tirelessly continues the world tour of Rough and Rowdy Ways, his 39th studio album released in 2020 – an ambitious tour scheduled to run until 2024. Each show of the indefatigable poet of the sixties is a precious moment, often unpredictable. Antistar par excellence, Bob Dylan is not content to scatter the hits, but, on the contrary, constantly surprises. He reworks his nuggets with the freedom of a jazzman making them most often unrecognizable, if not by the lyrics.
