There is no shortage of good restaurants in Reims, city of Champagne and gastronomy. The Racine restaurant offers a menu with multiple influences.

Japanese influences
In the heart of Reims, there is definitely something going on in this small restaurant with its charming, uncluttered contemporary setting, whose bay windows overlook a charming Japanese garden. A setting in perfect harmony with the cuisine of Kazuyuki Tanaka, Japanese chef, who recently received his second star in the Michelin guide. He crafts elegant, creative recipes with multiple flavors and influences. We let ourselves be surprised by each plate both by the quality of the ingredients and by their technical mastery and their aesthetics. He mischievously uses aromatic herbs, vegetables, plants, condiments… Very nice wine list with 250 champagnes in particular.

3 lunch menus :
As efficient and minimalist as ever, the chef offers 3 lunch menus :
• Sôgu and Suki: Simple, healthy and well-varied, these menus of 70 euros and 105 euros include an appetizer, appetizers, fish, fresh vegetables and gourmet desserts.

• Kazuyuki: With this 195 euro menu, chef Tanaka continues with dishes adorned with luxury ingredients such as caviar, foie gras and langoustine. He then offers richer and more sophisticated combinations to create explosions of flavors in the mouth.
• Daisuki: Finally, there is this menu at 155 euros where the chef gets carried away by his inspiration. This menu is therefore reinvented over the days in his mind.
