Hidden just above his shop in the Palais-Royal, Alain Ducasse has opened a tea room which has become one of the favorite addresses for gourmets.

A good address for the « gouter »

It is rue des Petits Champs, a stone’s throw from the Palais Royal and on the first floor of his Chocolate Factory, that Alain Ducasse opened the Salon des Manufactures, a new highly gourmet place in an enchanting setting, worthy of the finest Viennese tea rooms. Once you have passed the doorstep and the stairs up, you take a trip back in time and you settle in this cozy place. A temple of gluttony with vegetal carpet, mirrors deliciously aged by time. The Salon des Manufactures Alain Ducasse is an address to discover for a snack. From 3 p.m., we discover a special menu, between ice cream and chocolate directly from the various factories of the starred chef. A la carte, some pastries, madeleines and hot chocolate, chocolate candies as well as a small selection of the most delicious sundaes.
