Au Petit Versailles du Marais

In the lair of this Petit Trianon-style bakery, in the heart of Paris, the Meilleur Ouvrier de France Christian Vabret delights us with his traditional French pastries. Christian Vabret created the French Bakery School in Aurillac and the Bakery World Cup. Not far from the Place des Vosges and a stone’s throw from the village of Saint-Paul, in this historic district of the capital, the old-fashioned storefront of the Au Petit Versailles du Marais bakery is causing a sensation. Classified ceilings signed Charles Anselme, moldings and woodwork, everything goes perfectly with the quiches, breads, pastries and pastries of Christian Vabret.
