This is the most fashionable culinary event expected in the capital since its creation, Taste of Paris returns next May to the ephemeral Grand Palais. As every year, the festival, which has set itself the task of « democratizing access to gastronomy » (by offering signature dishes in mini-portions charged from €6 to €12), will bring together on its starred stands and chefs for the Parisian bistronomy. Starred chefs will mingle with the young talents of the new generation to operate live demonstrations, share their culinary identity and deliver a little of their precious know-how. You will therefore be able to discuss with the cooks, and even take part in creative workshops and courses with them. This year, we must find, at Taste of Paris, the masters of the stoves of the great Parisian palaces: Amaury Bouhours, chef at Le Meurice, Boris Camella and his pastry chef Matthieu Carlin, chefs at Le Crillon, are on the bill. You can also meet starred chefs like Pascal Barbot, Yann Couvreur and Kei Kobayashi.

A must for gastronomy lovers

Each dish costs between €5 and €12. To feast, you must bring a prepaid card given at the entrance. The idea is then to take a dish or/and a dessert, here and there, helped by the program which presents all the dishes of the chefs, and to taste them on a table or a standing table. A real must for any gastronomy lover and for all budding chefs. This is why Taste of Paris is suitable for young and old alike.
