Welcome to a historic House always at the forefront of modernity ! For nearly 300 years now, Dalloyau food officers have been transmitting the precious craftsmanship that dazzled the Sun King and the Court of Versailles in 1682. Considered the most noble pastry shop in Paris, the house opened its first shop in the capital at the start of the 19th century. This is how the Opera was born, a creation known throughout the world, in homage to the dancers of the Palais Garnier. This avant-garde dessert is soaked in a delicate coffee syrup, topped with buttercream and covered with a pure dark chocolate icing from Madagascar.

The former tea room at 101 rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré in Paris, an emblematic Parisian place, now combines a Haussmann style with urban art. The place has gained in space and starts from the ground floor with a beautiful colorful terrace, to end on the first floor of the historic building. A total of 70 seats indoors and 25 outdoors, located a few steps from the most beautiful avenue in the world, the Champs-Elysées.
