Since its creation, the department store has been a forerunner of new trends and has been able to reinvent itself again in a major turning point in the world of fashion and lifestyle. Here is a successful revival ! After the grand opening of 7ème Ciel, Printemps Haussmann opens its new restaurant and invites you to take a seat on the 6th floor of Printemps de la Femme. The terraces offer a nice panorama over the rooftops of Paris and a beautiful view of the Sacré Coeur. Enjoy sunny days for a good time in the sun.

Under the main dome of the department store, the Art Deco stained glass windows in colors dominated by a majestic blue, diffuse an intimate and soft light. The very natural decoration is reminiscent of seaside restaurants, with chandeliers and rattan chairs, light wood furniture, many potted plants and touches of Magimel blue in the accessories. The perfect place to chill with charm and refinement ! With large bay windows all around, four beautiful terraces are revealed on sunny days and when the sun is at its peak, the place is bathed in light. From breakfast to aperitif time, enjoy a spectacular view over the rooftops of Paris and its emblematic monuments such as the Opéra Garnier and the Sacré Cœur.

The principle, a restaurant that welcomes chefs in residence every 6 months! An idea which makes it possible to renew the offer regularly and create a surprise with each new chef. To start the show, the director of Printemps asked Elvira Masson, a famous culinary author, to take the orders and create a menu in her image. Accompanied by chef Clément Blondeau, they imagine the restaurant menu for a menu perfectly adapted to the season. You will therefore find on the menu for your greatest pleasure, leeks with vinaigrette, eggs marinated in soy, a green schakshuka, delicious meatballs or a fish gravlax, before finishing on a sweet note with pears poached in Bissap or the lemon posset. Authentic tastes for a gourmet and healthy break that makes your mouth water!
