A tribute to grandmothers
Ever since she was little, Caroline has dreamed of opening a pastry shop. So in 2015, she started with her companion Martin by opening their own pastry shop: La Bossue. A name thought of as a tribute to grandmothers, benevolent and warm, like their pastry shop, which also serves as a tea room. A cozy place, where you can take your time, with its open kitchen, its oven and its cooking flavours, in short, like at grandma’s! If the atmosphere and the decoration (often found at the grandparents!) will put you immediately at ease, you will come back especially for the little wonders baked by the team of La Bossue.
