A vegetable restaurant
Christophe Michalak, the famous pastry chef, and Steve Burggraf, embarked on a new culinary adventure, in 2019, by opening Polichinelle. A vegetable restaurant, presented as a buffet.
In a large warm and friendly room, the buffet creates a sensation with its multitude of colors and smells. The vegetable tempuras, roasted butternuts and various gratins of the moment compete with pies, mousses, pavlovas and other desserts that will melt all gourmet mouths.
And when the sun comes up, we rush to the large terrace for a more beautiful effect, with its view of the Eiffel Tower !
kid-friendly brunch on Wednesdays
Let yourself be tempted by the cocktail menu cleverly prepared by Jennifer le Nechet, world champion in mixology, which offers five exclusive creations made with fresh fruits and vegetables as well as aromatic herbs from the urban vegetable garden, which sits above above the restaurant.
For lunch, it’s a formula, and in the evening there’s an all-you-can-eat buffet where the portions are smaller to be able to taste more.
Polichinelle, where dogs are welcome, is also launching its kid-friendly brunch on Wednesdays very soon. A way to make the little ones love vegetables.
Finally, every Thursday evening, Polichinelle now offers Thursdays of Polichinelle, a weekly festive meeting with a DJ.
