It is in fact a pure and simple pastry shop which has opened at 38 rue Cambon, in place of the Ritz Bar, the former bar of the palace. Open every day from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., it has something to seduce.
The place not only reveals a pastry shop but also a tea room with several tables to sit and enjoy the chef’s cakes and drinks.
Among the delicacies offered, the Madeleine, made so delicious by François Perret, is a real cloud… Endowed with voluptuous lacquered curves and an airy softness, it opens its melting heart to all gourmands and according to the perfume of their choice .

An original dedicated menu

The new pastry shop is accessible from rue Cambon, but also from inside the hotel, for palace guests. In this immaculate setting with white and beige tones (which historically had been chosen in colors to give a good complexion), arches recalling the architecture of Place Vendôme and Bohemian crystal lighting bring refinement and modernity. Pastry chef François Perret has created an original dedicated menu.
