Today we are offering you a very simple recipe : the orange blossom cake, with the intoxicating scent of orange blossom, perfect for summer !

Ingredients :
- 1 cup (2 sticks) of butter
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 4 tablespoons of orange blossom water
- 3 pinches of baking powder
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup of granulated sugar

Orange Blossom Cake
Recipe Preparation:
- Preparing the Cake Batter:
- Melt the butter in a double boiler. Once melted, add the sugar, flour, and baking powder, then mix.
- Add the eggs and mix until you get a liquid batter.
- Add a few tablespoons of orange blossom water to taste, then pour the batter into a cake pan.
- Baking:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for ten minutes.
- Bake the batter for 45 minutes.

Tips:
- Check if the cake is done by inserting a knife or skewer into the center. If it comes out clean, the cake is ready.
- Let the cake cool before removing it from the pan and serving.
