The Bateau Lavoir, the “Factory” of Montmartre

Exploring Moulin de la Galette: Montmartre’s Historical Mill

Moulin de la Galette: With the Moulin Radet, it is the last survivor of the thirty mills that once adorned the Butte Montmartre. It is also the only one in perfect working order. I love you Wall in Montmartre

This lovely wall is located in my favourite sopt of Paris : Abesses district . Le Mur des je t’aime is a 40 m² mural composed of 612 enamelled lava tiles reproducing 311 “I love you” in 250 languages. “I love you” in all common languages, but also in rare or forgotten dialects such as Navajo, Inuit, Bambara or Esperanto. Amelie ‘s Montmartre

When we think of all the films shot in Paris, Amélie is undoubtedly one of those who have had the greatest impact on our memories. This film was a great source of inspiration for me as a photographer. It is therefore no coincidence that I decided to take pictures of the most legendary places in the film, such as the Café des Deux Mondes and the Moulin grocery store.
