Uma Nota Paris is a restaurant where the cuisine travels between Brazil and Japan. A real taste success, its friendly bar is reminiscent of the samba clubs of Rio de Janeiro.

Unusual fusion cuisine

Its friendly bar is reminiscent of the samba clubs of Rio de Janeiro, at Uma Nota: the journey begins even before being seated ! Here, a totally unusual fusion cuisine awaits you: the menu celebrates the Japanese imprint on Brazilian street food, a very real influence born in the 1930s, especially in certain districts of Sao Paulo. Flavours, ingredients, cooking techniques… Uma Nota always brings its Japanese-Brazilian touch to every bite and every sip. Note that the lunch menu changes every week, a guarantee of quality beyond measure in Parisian restaurants !

A festive atmosphere

You can taste, in this little corner of paradise, among other things, coxinhas, Brazilian croquettes made from chicken and okra, accompanied by a homemade spicy sauce, and our ceviche guayas made from sea bream, shrimp, gored, onion red, leche de tigre and coconut milk. And on weekend evenings at Uma Nota, the festive atmosphere of the streets of Rio takes over the restaurant for themed evenings: tables are pushed, DJ sets and bar open until 1:45 am! You may even have the chance to meet sublime Brazilian dancers ! We wish you a very good time in this favorite address, as much for the plates as for the atmosphere !
