Dine on an elegant terrace while admiring the view of the Alps, anyone ? Anne-Sophie Pic, the most starred woman chef in the world, invites you to her restaurant “La Dame de Pic” in Megève.

A new culinary experience

La Dame de Pic – Le 1920 is the prestigious gastronomic address of the Four Seasons Hotel Megève. Anne-Sophie Pic imagines a new culinary experience there to meet the Savoyard terroir and its quest for new combinations of new and complex flavors. She uses local products to express herself and be inspired while associating them with her favorite herbs and aromatic plants. Boldness and freedom of expression are reflected in the menus she designs, constantly seeking new complex combinations according to the seasons. The dessert menu, created in harmony with pastry chef Jonathan Chapuy, offers precise, light and tasty creations in which a touch of pep comes to liven up a dish already full of flavors.

A tribute to Noémie de Rothschild

The name of the restaurant will retain the historic tribute to the arrival of Noémie de Rothschild in Megève a century ago, echoing the collaboration between Anne-Sophie Pic and Ariane de Rothschild. A collaboration that turned out to be obvious for these two women who share a love for the authenticity of this mountain village. For her menu, the chef imagines her dishes in harmony with local products from the mountain pastures. She collaborates in particular with a local “gatherer” with whom she explores the Megève lands to select the best aromatic plants: fir buds, meadowsweet, sweet clover, caraway or even hogweed. These discoveries come to enrich over time her creative universe which she wishes to share with her guests through aromatic associations of which she has the secret… At the heart of the new culinary offer of the Four Seasons Hotel Megève is a very special link with nature and the objective of highlighting local producers.
