In the heart of the capital, overlooking the Seine, Plénitude – Cheval Blanc Paris has achieved the feat of directly winning three Guide MICHELIN Stars. Located on the first floor of the 5***** Cheval Blanc hotel, with an unobstructed view of the Seine, Plénitude is an intimate restaurant, ideal for a timeless getaway. The soft and bright decoration with hints of yellow and orange and comfortable seats suggest the beginnings of an extraordinary experience. At the service of local products

Within the walls of the legendary Samaritaine, chef Arnaud Donckele composes virtuoso dishes that reveal the qualities of a craftsman, master saucier of genius. At the table, the soul of French cuisine is not only sublimated. Arnaud Donckele’s first culinary rule is to put his obvious know-how at the service of local products: vegetables picked the same day in the Massif des Maures, lamb from Sisteron, lobsters from the Mediterranean… In the style of a perfumer or an alchemist who would associate rare and complex essences, the precious nectars transport and captivate the guests while giving them an exceptional sensory experience.
