Cyril Lignac has just opened a pastry shop in Saint-Tropez. The pastry shop will be located on the Route des Plages. This is the chef’s sixth boutique, but the first outside of Paris !

a sixth shop
Already the owner of five pastries in Paris, chef Cyril Lignac has announced the opening, since April 17, of a sixth shop in Saint-Tropez (Var). The Pâtisserie will be located on the Route des Plages and equipped with a 41 m2 workshop “to ensure daily production and guarantee a level of quality consistent with daily production and thus guarantee a level of quality that meets the requirements of the chefs”. The Patisserie will be open all year round.

Southern flavours
Cyril Lignac and his partner, pastry chef Benoît Couvrand, will offer the house’s signature pastries (L’Equinoxe, Raspberry Tart, rum baba…) as well as more local creations. The Saint-Tropez pastry shop will have the exclusivity of a few creations that give pride of place to fresh fruit and southern flavors such as an elegant Pavlova with seasonal fruits, a fine apricot tart, a Tropézienne, a cherry Éclair, a Financier with raspberries or a Brioche with sugar and orange blossom. Without forgetting the Pissaladière and the Focaccia… The shop, too, has been designed with Provençal notes with its Mediterranean tiles, its coated facade, its shutters on the windows, its welcoming olive and citrus trees.
