Two awards in 2012
In 2012, he won two awards at the Brit Awards, those of “Best British Solo Artist” and “Revelation of the Year”. The same year, he wrote for Justin Bieber, One Direction and composed for Taylor Swift. The same year, he performed at the closing ceremony of the Summer Olympics, performing one of Pink Floyd’s signature songs, “Wish You Were Here“.
