Diana Krall had not performed in Paris for four years. She will be back there for a concert at the Olympia in May 2023.

An exceptional moment of music
Diana Krall, internationally acclaimed singer and multiple GRAMMY Award-winning jazz pianist, today announced a first set of dates for her upcoming world tour on Tuesday May 23 and Wednesday May 24, 2023. Don’t miss seeing her on stage because each concert is an exceptional moment of music. When others rely on flashy effects, Diana can count on her suave voice, her very expressive piano playing and an exceptional group. High-flying companions with whom she has worked for a long time and to whom she leaves a lot of space.
“This dream of you”
Baptized “This Dream Of You“, her latest album consists of the singer and musician’s favorite standards taken from the American Soungbook. During the recording of this disc, she was notably accompanied by her producer, the late Tommy LiPuma, with whom she had recorded some of her most famous albums such as “All For You“, “The Look of Love” or Live in Paris. The tracks on “This Dream of You” are from the same 2016 and 2017 sessions as the tracks on “Turn Up The Quiet.”
Duos, trios, quartets, quintets and even sextets
In May 2020, she produced this album herself, which was mixed by Al Schmitt, in close proximity to the pianist. Their very successful collaboration maintains throughout the 12 titles, an intimate and minimalist climate with pastel swing. On “This Dream of You”, she performs in duos, trios, quartets, quintets and even sextets. A few string orchestrations dot the album. The Canadian artist also plans to stop in Strasbourg on May 26, then in Lille on May 27. As for the ticket office, don’t miss the presale on October 3, 2022. https://www.olympiahall.com/evenements/diana-krall/
