A stone’s throw from the Saint-Germain des Près church, you can savor homemade French cuisine in a warm setting at Café Louise.

In the heart of Saint-Germain des Près

Nestled on the left bank, in the heart of Saint-Germain des Près, the Louise brasserie with its Art Deco style revisited by Christophe Bro, welcomes you every day of the year in continuous service, in a warm, intimate and elegant atmosphere. The Chef, Jérôme Markovic, invites you to taste duck foie gras, tomato tatin with basil sorbet, Charolais burger, 300 gr veal chop or even grilled lobster. The Café Louise bets on the quality of the welcome; selected products (Tarama from the Petrossian house, Pata Negra, Bellota, Chicken from Bresse…) and its cuisine made with passion.

A vaulted cellar

The brunch is at will, in the form of a buffet. The pressed juice is served at the table. We have the choice between a large glass of orange juice, grapefruit or squeezed lemons. The buffet is made up of mini pastries, breads, French toast, but also the essential scrambled eggs, bacon, cold meats of all kinds, cheeses. As for desserts, three types of cakes are offered : one with lemon, one with pink praline and one with chocolate. All three are visually very successful. There are also mini macaroons, éclairs, chocolate cake. Hot drinks are also unlimited: tea, coffee, hot chocolate. You can also gather together in the vaulted cellar of the Louise, which can accommodate up to 120 people for a cocktail. Privatization on request. On weekends, don’t miss the lively brunch for the little ones and on Friday and Saturday evenings, the live jazzy.
