Ines de la Fressange, style icon and Marin Montagut, traveled through Paris to show us around fifteen apartments or houses with unique charm in a book called « Parisian chic at home« .

A Style Icon and a globe trotter

She is a style icon, he a globe-trotting artist. Together, they share the same passion for antique objects and travel memories sublimated by the wear of time. They traveled through some fifteen apartments to scrutinize Parisian places of character in order to distill their precious style advice imbued with vintage and mixed with the world of second-hand goods. Represented in the form of moodboards and illustrations, these visits take us into the inspiring interiors of Morgane Sézalory (the founder of Sézane), Daniel Rozensztroch (the Artistic Director of Merci), Ivan and Benoît (the creators behind Astier de Vilatte or even Marie -France Cohen (founder of Bonton, Merci and Démodé).

A decoration city guide

To soak up the Parisian art of living, take the example of the authors’ apartments, unconventional and lively for Inès and a rather poetic and eclectic atmosphere for Marin. The trendy 11th, the very chic Panthéon district, the calm Auteuil, the family 7th arrondissement, or the bustling Buttes-Chaumont district, we take the opportunity to pick up some decorative ideas to reproduce at home. In short, 256 pages of pure pleasure which end with a decoration city guide.
