Petit Pan is a lovely shop not to be missed in Paris, to bring back a little poetry and joy in our home decoration.

The world of childhood
To enter the Petit Pan boutique in Paris is to return to the world of childhood with its acid colors and joyful patterns. Fruit of the meeting between a creator of Chinese kites (Pan Gang) and a Belgian artist (Myriam De Loor), the brand “for children and the home” plays with the traditional Chinese prints that it declines in creations full of poetry. Petit Pan is a brand dedicated to the joy of living.

Established since 2002
Established in Paris since 2002, they invent a world bubbling with colors. Their creativity applies to all everyday objects: comforters, printed fabrics, oilcloths, fairy lanterns, comfortable sofas, essential bags, cement tiles, notebooks,…
On the one hand, the artist Myriam De Loor tames colors, imagines and draws all the patterns. She breathes them in, makes them her own, juxtaposes them, adores them. Each pattern has a name, like the stopovers on a subtle journey.

On the other, the Pan family, which has passed on its know-how for generations. The poetry and beauty of the kites, made of silks painted by hand with colored inks, gave Myriam the idea of using the traditional technique, diverting them to create luminaries, mobiles and miniatures. From the pair of Stork scissors to the colorful cotton coupons, Petit Pan offers several haberdashery items, which will add color to your next “Couture” projects ! The brand offers printed cotton coupons that can be used to make clothes, sheets, curtains … or even be used for DIY confections such as patchwork. Coated cotton coupons are also available to make various accessories such as kits or bags. All the cottons are Oeko tex certified, which means that all stages of production are certified free of harmful substances. To create real colorful sets, fall for the spools of links, essential for obtaining pretty finishes. The hardest part now will be choosing between all the pretty patterns!
