A chic “snack”
World pastry champion, Angelo Musa has been pastry chef at the Plaza Athénée since 2016. Since then, at snack time, the chef fills the trolleys with his wonders of colorful and balanced creations, served at La Galerie facing the mythical patio of the palace in large armchairs… and to the sound of a real harpist. We don’t want to leave !

Hot drinks and fine pastries
On the menu: a hot drink of your choice accompanied by a selection of fine pastries inspired by the chef. The choice is difficult: very sweet rum baba, soft rock cake, gingerbread stuffed with citrus fruits, orange chocolates, candied chestnuts, yuzu truffles, kiwi pastries…
The Snack : €90, served every day from 2:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. at La Galerie.
