Taste and authenticity
Located a stone’s throw from the Sacré Coeur, Le Neuvième Sauvage has something to appeal to Parisians and tourists alike. On the menu, gourmet cuisine with Mediterranean influences prepared from organic and seasonal products. All cooking is done over the embers, in the oven and on the charcoal grill. Here, everything is homemade from the parent company: baguette, croissant, burger bun, pizza dough, lasagna… Offering a refined but generous cuisine, the Chef draws her inspiration from the Mediterranean by offering a mixed cuisine, between France, Italy & the Maghreb. In love with Italy & the southern regions, she had custom-made wood-fired ovens installed in Naples in order to perfectly transcribe the taste & authenticity of Neapolitan pizzas.
A friendly atmosphere
You can enjoy small plates between €5 and €10, to share or not, with for example house-smoked tuna in organic olive oil and lemon zest or spicy cabbage, pine nuts, pomegranate, yogurt; for the main course, grilled octopus to share or free-range veal ribs. On the decorative side, the antique pieces mixed with traditional Balinese furniture create a warm and friendly atmosphere.
