Formerly a postal sorting centre, the Brach restaurant in Paris has been reinvented thanks to the creativity of the man who needs no introduction, Philippe Starck.

Located in the heart of the 16th arrondissement of Paris, near the Musée de l’Homme, a large glass structure reveals intense vegetation as soon as you enter the hotel. On the restaurant side, it is in a lounge setting typical of Starck with its leather sofas and greige wooden armchairs that you will taste the best dishes. Chef Adam Bentalha offers fusion and Mediterranean cuisine with healthy and balanced dishes. On the menu: Iranian saffron arancini, hummus, section of red tuna and black olive tapenade, couscous-style quinoa tajine, vitello tonnato or ravioli with onion and truffle compote, perfect egg and beef broth… To end the meal in style, taste the essential pastries of the best worker in France in 2011, Yann Brys. Known for his emblematic Tourbillons cakes, he signs sweet, gourmet and daring creations that will make you capsize with pleasure. His pastry is as healthy as it is offbeat, original, architectural and colorful.
