Take a gourmet break during your day on the Terrace of the – Raffles Paris, and come and discover the new totally frozen creations of Pastry Chef Quentin Lechat. Designed to refresh you, its ice cream will sublimate your summer in the heart of our green setting. Whether you are fond of chocolate, fruit or rather citrus fruits, there will be something for everyone!
New ice-cream creations
At the heart of the ice cream cart, installed on the terrace of the Royal Monceau, Pastry Chef Quentin Lechat presents his new ice cream creations, for a summer with traditional and fruity flavors. In the heart of this little haven of peace, you can taste the Chef’s 3 creations, on the spot or to take away. And to make your mouth water, here are the flavors on offer :
Royal Sunday : creamy milk chocolate, caramelized hazelnuts, vanilla and chocolate ice cream, praline, cookie dough, fleur de sel.
Strawberry Melba : strawberry sorbet, cottage cheese ice cream, vanilla whipped cream, brunoise of fresh strawberries, strawberry confit, almond crumble.
Limonetta : ricotta with lemon honey, granola, marinated and candied citrus lemon gel, sumac lemon sorbet, lemon siphon.
