Sympathetic Lyonnais Bouchon acquired in 1989 by Claude Terrail, the restaurant-bistro offers the possibility of enjoying the good techniques of the Tour d’Argent, in a simplified and economically accessible version, with what is needed of professionalism and elegance to be worthy of its ancestry. Its famous rotisserie is the heart of the place, and animates the walls of this “country house” spirit in the heart of Paris. In the kitchen, Chef Sébastien Devos will concoct good traditional dishes for you… Challandais duck, roast free-range chicken, starters and scrumptious dishes (leeks with vinaigrette, snails, foie gras…), gourmet temptations (floating island, chocolate mousse, pastries of our bakery) : at the table, everything is big, family, generous !
Bottles of the Tour d’Argent
Not denying itself anything, the Rôtisserie shares its producers with the Tour d’Argent. Both houses show the same meticulous quality standards, without accepting any compromise. Emphasis is placed on market products: simple and good, prepared the same day with care for the right choice of seasoning and cooking. The wine list provides access to some incredible bottles from the cellars of the Tour d’Argent – one of the sommeliers of the illustrious institution also sometimes goes to the Rôtisserie at the request of a customer looking for the perfect harmony between the glass and the plate. A place to discover, at the bedside of Notre-Dame !
