For pastry enthusiasts
Each year, thousands of visitors flock to the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles to meet with 280 exhibitors. These include pastry chefs, confectioners, cocoa-producing countries, and, of course, chocolatiers from around the world (France, Belgium, Austria, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Portugal, and more) who welcome the public with open arms. This five-day event featured numerous attractions. Visitors enjoyed the Pastry Show (where renowned chefs demonstrated recipes), the Cacao Show (performances from cocoa-producing countries), the Chocosphere (conferences and tastings), workshops for both adults and children, and, of course, the famous chocolate dress fashion show. Hereโs a look back at this must-see event for all pastry enthusiasts…

30 Years of the Chocolate Dress Fashion Show
For nearly 30 years, the chocolate dress fashion show has been a highlight of the Salon du Chocolat, and this year was no exception. A B2B Village also gave attendees the chance to discover new technological and material innovations within the industry. The event facilitated networking and exchanges among professionals, including cocoa producers, pastry chefs, ice cream makers, and confectioners.

Saudi Arabia as the Featured Country
One of the Salonโs major highlights was the opportunity to meet renowned chefs and watch competitions, such as the National French Pastry and Chocolate Trophy. The world’s top artisans gathered at the Salon for five days, with Saudi Arabia honored as the featured country. To mark the occasion, a unique chocolate creation by Saudi designer Budour Al Aqidi and master chocolatier Jean-Luc Decluzeau was unveiled.
