Always on the lookout for novelty, the jack of all trades inaugurated in Paris in the fall of 2018 a new kind of boat, 100% electric, which renews the experience of the gastronomic cruise on the Seine. A cruise on Ducasse sur Seine is an experience like no other. Like no other, it combines the pleasure of contemporary Parisian haute cuisine with the feeling of gliding down the Seine thanks to electric propulsion, i.e. perfectly clean and silent.
A brigade of 36 cooks
Paris can then unfold all its beauty under the eyes of gourmet travelers who savor it as in a dream. A veritable restaurant on the water, the Ducasse sur Seine boat is equipped with a kitchen where chef Pierre Marty and his brigade of 36 cooks prepare dishes from the finest seasonal produce. New dishes are regularly imagined by the chef and offered in the lunch or dinner menus. The chef and his brigade offer refined, seasonal and contemporary Parisian haute cuisine prepared on site. Take the bridge of the ship moored opposite the Eiffel Tower, and you will discover a glass setting worthy of a palace : thick carpet, immaculate tablecloths, silverware and, once the moorings have been cast off, the changing decor of the quays dotted with their fabulous monuments…
