For more than 30 years, Didier Socquet Clerc has been practicing his talents as a pastry chef and equals the gourmands of its famous “Chocolat de Megève”: a meringue praline chocolate similar to the famous Glaçon de Megève. To taste, the specialty of the house, the exquisite Mégevan with hazelnuts, filled with raspberry, and, of course, the Mont-Joly, a shortcrust pastry garnished with almond and blueberry cream.
