A mallet to break the egg
The prestigious palace has a nice surprise in store for us to celebrate Easter. To the delight of chocolate fans, it reveals an unusual chocolate bell that may contain a beautiful secret! This bell made of 900 grams of dark chocolate and dried fruit is supplied with a mallet to break this beautiful creation. You will then discover a mixture of dried fruits with French hazelnuts, almond sticks, pistachios, raisins, candied lemons… what delicacy! And the lucky ones will fall on the golden egg and will be able to enjoy a tea-time in the hotel’s Winter Garden. This Easter work proposed by Matthieu Carlin, the hotel’s pastry chef, is available in a limited edition of 150 copies. Pre-orders begin on April 1 for withdrawal from Friday April 15 until Monday April 18, 2022.
